Audi’s popular premium SUV, Audi Q5 was also modified and was presented before the Indian customers on January 10, 2013. This premium SUV comes at a price of Rs 43.17 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The SUV is available in three engine options which include a 2.0 litre petrol engine, a 2.0 litre diesel engine and a 3 litre diesel engine.

Audi, after witnessing good sales in 2012 now aims to continue the winning streak in 2013 too. The luxury car maker launched two new modified cars from its India portfolio. One is the 2013 Audi R8 which was launched in India on January 21, 2013 at a starting price of Rs 1.34 crore.

It's a rare thing in Tollywood to discuss about budget of a film, once the movie declared a blockbuster. But youth hero Prabhas has shattered those stereotypes. He opened up about the budget of his latest release and also modestly admitted his mistakes during the shooting of the film. 

Prabhas latest outing 'Mirchi' which released on Feb 8 opened to rave reviews and is faring well at the ticket-window. The movie was made with a whopping budget of Rs 30 crore unlike planned earlier. This was confirmed by Prabhas himself and he considered him as responsible for it confessing it was his mistake. 

The lanky and hunk hero Prabhas admitted, "The cost of production of the film has gone overboard for which I'm the responsible but not director Koratala Siva. I'm the one who asked producers and director to spend more money in order to bring grandiosity to the film. Later at one point, I myself requested them to control budget which was gently turned down by them (producers). At the end, we're delighted with the result of the film." He added, "I should congratulate the producers who are my friends and who had spent money like water for the film. They certainly took a Herculean risk. I hope they'll make more films like this."

Many are pointing that Prabhas has certainly come forward than other heroes and hailing him as Producers hero! Else, which hero would talk about budget after release of the film and bagging blockbuster talk?

Mushtaq Ahmed eyes on Delhi Daredevils.....

The former Pakistan legspinner, Mushtaq Ahmed is ready to join Delhi Daredevils for the 2013 IPL season, as a spin-bowling consultant.

Recently Mushtaq has signed the year-long contract with the Delhi Daredevils and is now waiting for the final paperwork.

"I have been offered a one-year deal," Mushtaq said "I have accepted it but the deal is yet to be finalised and is in process as written documentation is currently being exchanged."

Jeremy Snape performance coach for Delhi Daredevils...

Former England allrounder Jeremy Snape has been named as a performance coach for Delhi Daredevils in the upcoming season of IPL.

"We are happy to welcome Jeremy as Performance Coach," GMR Sports' Head (Cricket) TA Sekar said. "We believe he has the right credentials to help the Delhi Daredevils achieve its goals. We are sure he will bring in fresh ideas and help the coaching staff bring the best out of the players in a high performance environment."

Snape, 39, said: "We are sure that Snape will enable the players be on the edge of their comfort zones as they deliver high performance through the coming season."

2012 World cup T20 will have 12 teams...

International Cricket Council (ICC) made it clear that only 12 teams will be participated in the next two season of T20 World Cup tournament.

Haroon Lorgat, Chief Executive of the ICC said that we had to do this in order to maintain balance in T20 World Cup and 50-over World Cup.

The next two T20 World Cup will be played in 2012 in Sri Lanka and 2014 in Bangladesh.

Indian Cricket Team New Jersey for World T20 2012...

              The jersey launch was attended by MS Dhoni, Yuvraj Singh, Virender Sehwag, Virat Kohli, Ajinkya Rahane, Irfan Pathan and Rohit Sharma.

The kit manufacturer NIKE claims the new T20 jersey for team india is 45% lighter and it would be more comfortable to wear.

 

Harbhajan' Mother sues UB over Dhoni spoof commerical..

Indian Great Spinner, Harbhajan Singh's mother has lodge a legal notice against an advertisement in which India captain M.s Dhoni ridicules her son.

Harbhajan's mom Avtar Kaur has asked the company to apologise and withdraw the advertisement in 3 days of receiving the legal notice.

However, the Times of India newspaper reported that the chief of UB Group "Vijay Mallya", has ruled out withdrawing the commercial.

Vijay Mallya, who is also the head of Formula One [F1] team Force India, told the newspaper that "It was not meant to attack Harbhajan Singh personally. It was just a spoof between two brands"
"There are several TV programmes that spoof our politicians. What will happen if all of them start sending legal notices?"

             Australia opener Shane Watson was wondered to score a century in Canberra. Watson's scored 122 to a series victory against West Indies.
 
  Watson said after the game, "I was starting to worry a little bit that I might not have enough form going into the Indian series. But it's nice to be able to spend some time in the middle today and bat for a longer period of time to feel like I'm back again a bit. It's nice to be able to feel like you've got it still."
